Dr. Rajna Anthony, the Chief Executive Officer of Citadel Elite Academy is also the founder of Financial Health Association of Malaysia (FAHAM) who holds a doctorate (PhD) degree in Family Economics and Management from the Universiti Putra Malaysia, as well as a Master's Degree in Medical Sciences (MMSc) in Community Health from the National Universiti of Malaysia (UKM). Her expertise in finance has been further strengthened by her license as a Licensed Financial Planner from the Security Commission of Malaysia (eCMSRL/C1226/2021). She graduated with a Certified Islamic Financial Planner from Universiti Malaya in year 2009. She is also a fellow in Life Underwriter Training Council (USA) and holds a Diploma in Business and Personal Insurance studies form the Malaysian Insurance Institute. Dr. Rajna co-founded Banyan Tree Money Academy in year 2012 and has since been leading a team of financial educators in promoting financial literacy education and positive financial behavior change among children, youth and seniors. Being a Financial Behavior Change Coach, leveraging her vast knowledge and experience to help individuals to build financial stability and adopt positive financial habits. Dr. Rajna is deeply committed to education. She has imparted her knowledge and expertise as a part-time lecturer, teaching Consumer Credit and Debt Management to Bachelor of Consumer Studies students at the University Putra Malaysia. In her capacity as the Executive Officer at the Aged Care Experimental Unit within MyAgeing, Malaysian Research Institute on Ageing in Universiti Putra Malaysia, she took the initiative to establish the MyAgeing Financial Literacy & Educational Hub. Serving as the head of the Hub, she successfully managed its operations for four years until it achieved self-sustainability
