Anneliza Zainal has been a communications practitioner in the corporates for 30 years before becoming a consultant and trainer, specialising in crisis communications and customer care. In both roles, she had also been tasked to coach CEOs and Sr. Management, as Media Spokesperson.
Experienced in multiple fields of communications and crisis management, ranging from construction, broadcasting, oil & gas, banking and aviation industries.
Amongst her more notable achievements were managing the re-branding launches of Caltex Oil Malaysia Limited, Al Rajhi Bank and Maybank Investment Bank. Deeply trained to handle Crisis Communications in
Caltex and she was also a volunteer Care-Giver Manager for the crisis victims and Next-of-Kins (NoK) of Kudat, MH370 and MH17 airline crashes
Apart from a Bachelor of Education, Teaching of English as a Second
Language (TESL), Anneliza is also an accredited NLP Practitioner (ABNLP),
TimeLine Therapy® Practitioner, Master Class Educator (BKI) and certified
HRDF Trainer.
