He has several years of sales experience of industrial products and services with million-dollar contracts.
He has spent his last 23 years in a personal quest to discover the science of human motivation and organizational excellence. He lives his passion of researching and developing better approaches to improving organizational results. His obsession for continuous improvement caused him to challenge many conventional ideas to human resource training. Jega has spoken at several keynote session. His style of delivery that involves activities for the audience and thought provoking one-liners makes the audience experience the learning in a much profound manner. He has shared his expertise on on radio programs in BFM 89.9 and LiteFM. He ran a special newsletter based on the weekly reality The Apprentice US and The Apprentice Asia, relating the experience of the show to real world management lessons.
Jega is also the co-developer of several high-grade management simulations such as Anthill Cove, Grazeville Farm, Grab & GrowEastern Trading Company, Temple of Doom. The experiential learning method effectively embed management principles in a non-threatening manner. His experience and expertise have drawn him to specialize in the area of Team Leadership & Team Development. With high-powered simulations and fun filled participation, participants really enjoy their personal involvement and sharing of experience.
Jega is a Past President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers and a Past Executive Board Member of the North American Simulation & Gaming Association (NASAGA). He was also a panel member of the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDCorp) to assess trainers to conduct HRDC Train-the-Trainer course.
Jega has presented at the ADFIM CEO Forum 2023, HRDC Trainer Development Bootcamp 2023, International Simulation & Gaming Association (ISAGA) Conference in Bangkok and India (Virtual), NASAGA Conference 2017 Reno, Nevada and 2020 (Virtual), Malaysian Simulation & Gaming Conference (MASAGA) 2018. Jega was one of the guest speaker at the HRDC National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition 2023, the largest human capital event in Malaysia as declared by the Malaysia Book of Records.
