With over 22 years of proven experience, Nandhini has helped businesses grow their Direct Response Marketing Skills, Human Relationship Skills, Leadership Skills, Transformation Skills, EQ & SQ Skills, CS Skills, HRM Skills, GROWTH Mindset, Change Agility, Interpersonal Skills, Team Corporation Skills, and Life Skills. As a Internation and HRDC certified trainer she has rich experience working with various industry mainly from the Banking & Financial Services, Petroleum, Aviation, Education, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Health Care, Administrative, BPOs and Hospitality.

She is the recipient of the most prestigious industry award for Best Professional Trainer given by CCAM in Malaysia and the Rotary Club Best Women Entrepreneur Excellent Award. Nandhini is also a Green Belt 6 Sigma holder and a Certified New People leader from Harvard Business School.

She founded NASA Training Academy - a consultancy specializing in SMART Conversion and Conversation. As a Master NLP & Timeline Trainer, Nandhini trained more than 10,000 participants to their best potential as well as helped businesses break their records and deliver greater changes. She is also the champion of Mrs Hourglass Internation 2022 and Mrs Classic Grand Sea World 2023.

She works with NGOs to support working mothers manage their work-life balance and stay motivated via her workshops and coaching skills. Her insights ensure peak performances of her learners by guiding them to reach their goals.
